How long does shipping take?

We ship from our US warehouse. Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after a 1–2 day processing period.

Will I get a tracking number?

Yes! Once your order ships you'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package in real time.

What if my item arrives damaged?

Email us at simonakers7@gmail.com with a photo of the damage and we'll send a replacement or full refund immediately — no return needed.

Can I return my order?

Yes. We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Email us to start the process.

How do I use the bag sealer?

Slide the sealer along the top of any plastic bag with light pressure — the heat element seals it shut in one pass. Flip it around to use the cutter. Charge via USB before first use.

What bags does it work on?

It works on most standard plastic bags including chip bags, snack bags, cereal bags, coffee bags, and food storage bags.
